Program oversight expertise is extensive, comprising both Legacy and current Lower & Upper Tier Air & Missile Defense (AMD) systems; have managed AMD programs on both sides of the FMS equation.  Support is consistent with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements. We provide strategic advice and assistance to both executive and functional personnel in the integration of FMS and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) Programs, security assistance regulatory / policy standards, program development, budgetary analysis, and overall FMS / DCS program execution.  A natural cross-pollination of skills makes for a holistic approach to management challenges and push innovation.

The staff has supported security assistance and corresponding life cycle management programs encompassing short-range air defense systems as well as premier systems such as PATRIOT and the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system.
