Our Experience
We have over 35 years of strategic and functional security assistance and FMS support experience. Managed multiple Lower and Upper Tier Air & Missile Defense programs to include 15 years oversight of Saudi PATRIOT Program, and 10 years advisory role in development and execution of UAE PATRIOT & Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Programs. Operated on all sides of the FMS process; i.e., US Government, contractor, FMS customer. Directed in-country fielding / integration and total program oversight. As an advisory intermediary, bridged technical, programmatic, and cultural gaps between the US Government and the international partner. Expert in an advisory or direct oversight role for both planning and execution within the total FMS enterprise.
